Two interesting notes about Olmecas de Tabasco:

  • In February, the Washington Nationals signed a one-year agreement with the Olmecas to share scouting information between the two clubs. (washingtonnationals.com)
  • The Olmecas are government-owned! They play in Villahermosa, which is the capital city of the state of Tabasco. (sports.yahoo.com)
